The BID (Business Initiative Directions) Quality Award is an international recognition presented to companies for excellence in quality management, innovation, and leadership based on the QC100 Total Quality Management (TQM) model. Awarded in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond categories, it highlights commitment to customer satisfaction and process improvement. 

On March of 2020, the entire team of Ma Paani flew to Frankfurt, Germany to receive BID Quality Award in Gold Category. This was one of the biggest milestones for our brand and played a major role in gaining Global recognition. However, this achievement couldn’t be publicized as much because of the Pandemic that hit right after the convention ended in Frankfurt.
